This house with dental practice near Brussels was one of our early architectural projects.
The triangular plot and steep slope posed a significant challenge, influencing the project’s architectural design.
To accommodate and capture the picturesque view across the street, we positioned the living areas on the first floor instead of the ground level. The practice is situated on street level, below the living areas.
Incorporating warm elements like red bricks and patinated red copper, the house boasts a timeless and warm aesthetic.
