This project takes into account the natural topography of the plot, resulting in a thoughtful layout that embraces the steep slope. The backside of the house features an enclosed outdoor area, created by lowering the terrain level, and the use of simple materials such as wood cast concrete and patinated red copper, unites the design. The house’s geometric rectangular shape is complemented by organic curves in the outdoor elements, creating a beautiful harmony between the built and natural environment.
