Reflections, optical illusions, a play of perspectives… A house designed by architect Xaveer Claerhout, architect Barbara Van Biervliet, and artist Adriaan Claerhout literally opens up new dimensions. The Periscope House is intended for the Belgian coastal town of Knokke-Heist. This house is undoubtedly anything but an ordinary residence. Periscope House is a madly poetic laboratory where light, gravity, and perception intertwine. It plays with dimensions; it plays with us.
