Thanks to the magnificent location, the residents of this penthouse enjoy a majestic 270-degree view: from the North Sea across the dunes to the hinterland. The additional seating area, with custom-made sofas, forms the perfect spot to fully enjoy that view with its magnificent sunsets and completely unwind. Floor-to-ceiling curtains allow you to elevate the cocooning factor even further, and temporarily isolate yourself within the larger living space. The visually floating metal base conceals the technical systems. “Although you don’t see any technical elements anywhere, the apartment has underfloor heating and a ventilation system D that also functions as air conditioning,” explains architect Xaveer Claerhout.”
